CHALLENGE
Previously known as iHiS, the national healthtech provider rebranded to Synapxe in 2024. This reintroduction presents a challenge to effectively enhance the brand’s visibility through a comprehensive multi-channel social media and content strategy, at the same time attracting top talent to drive organizational growth.
STRATEGY
Our efforts aimed to boost Synapxe’s credibility as a national HealthTech agency by tapping into their company culture to appeal to potential employees. We did this by spotlighting the individuals behind the company & their unique initiatives. Our approach aimed to humanise HealthTech — showcasing Synapxe’s projects in a way that taps into the everyday experiences of mass audiences.
Curating their content in a way that positioned them as an educational resource also lent to their credibility, allowing us to fine tune their messaging in a way that plays to each social platform’s strengths, providing the building blocks to create a community through content that resonates across demographics. Driving relatability through project & company showcases.
Our content took on an audience-first approach, showcasing Synapxe’s personality by leveraging relevant trends, utilising humour-based comics that relate to the experiences of the average Singaporean, & videos that showcase the personalities helming the HealthTech industry in Singapore.
RESULTS
The implementation of our digital marketing strategies led to significant improvements for Synapxe.
